Heart and Head Coaching works, differently:

* We aren't doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists, marriage counselors or astronauts. We are social scientists who have a deep interest in relationship communication. We are experienced, professional communicators with advanced degrees. But we are not therapists. We don't think you're broken - we think you and your partner are communicating about different things. * You work with us as a couple. This isn't one therapist in the room, trying to balance their own relationship style and be fair by staying to the "how does that make you feel" model. We've found that the old therapeutic approach has some real limits. Working with a couple to understand communication means you both have someone to make sure you are heard. You both are seen. You both are understood. You are both part of the process.

* It begins with our three session coaching process that gets things back on track. While we have many clients that say, "we want to keep going and do more sessions," we know that the three session process is the place to start. Future sessions can be added as needed.

* You'll re-establish immediate communication.

* Understand your and your partner's relationship style.

* We don't judge. All relationships go through challenges. All people can experience moments when we aren't our best. Our job isn't to condemn the bad actions... it's to ask the important question: what do you want instead of that? Let us help you find and build that.

* Remove the old triggers for anger, sadness, addiction or fear.

* You each have your own relationship coach with you through the process - no more feeling unheard or unseen along the way.  

* Homework assignments that are short, fun and actually helpful.
